1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Iron Forge Athletics website, booking a session, purchasing a membership, or entering our facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Waiver. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to participate in group classes. Individuals aged 13-15 may participate only with a parent or guardian present and with a signed waiver. You represent that you are in adequate physical condition to engage in exercise activities and have consulted a physician if necessary.

3. MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENTS

• Monthly Memberships: All memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew on the 1st of each month. You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
• Pricing: Membership rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current rates are locked in for active members.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as ACH transfers. Payments are processed securely through our third-party processor.
• Freezing: You may freeze your membership for up to 60 days per calendar year at no cost.

4. FACILITY RULES

While on the premises, you agree to:

• Wipe down equipment after each use.
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes.
• Follow coach instructions at all times for safety.
• Refrain from any behavior that endangers yourself or others.
• Report any equipment damage, spills, or hazards immediately.

5. WEBSITE USAGE

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape or reproduce content without written permission.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Iron Forge Athletics and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Iron Forge Athletics, its owners, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or property damage arising from your participation in our programs or use of our facility, except as prohibited by law. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Forge Athletics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct on our premises.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership or access to our services at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, safety concerns, or disruptive behavior.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
